1.Prepare a referral in advance from a family doctor, psychiatrist, or dietitian affiliated with Clalit. Send it via email to office@b-tamar.org.il, where the documents will be reviewed by the director.
2. If deemed suitable, you will be scheduled for a first intake meeting with the dietitian.
3. With the referral in hand, visit the health fund to request financial approval (Form 17) for an intake at Beit Tamar Balance House (licensed). Service Code: 31058.
4. Send the financial approval via email to office@b-tamar.org.il, after which your appointment will be scheduled. Confidentiality is guaranteed and is a cornerstone of our service.
5. After the meeting, if found suitable, the professional contact person from Beit Tamar will reach out to schedule a second intake meeting with the psychiatrist and social worker.
6. If we mutually decide that you are an appropriate candidate for the procedure, we will wait for health fund approval — Form 17 for hospitalization, after which you will receive an entry date for the facility.
7. At the same time, we are happy to assist and guide you toward an alternative treatment framework that fully aligns with your personal preference, essential needs, and best possible match.

Meuhedet Health Fund:

1. Prepare a referral in advance from a family doctor, psychiatrist, or dietitian affiliated with Meuhedet. Send it via email to office@b-tamar.org.il, where the documents will be reviewed by the director.
2. If deemed suitable, you will be scheduled for a first intake meeting with the dietitian.
3. After the meeting, if found suitable, the professional contact person from Beit Tamar will reach out to schedule a second intake meeting with the psychiatrist and social worker.

5. We will wait for health fund approval — Form 17 for hospitalization, and you will receive an entry date for the facility.

4. If we mutually decide that you are a good fit for the process, visit the health fund with the referral to request financial approval (Form 17) for a stay at Beit Tamar Balance House (licensed). Service Code: 99222.
